I want to swap out my steering servo from a km to a hpi but I have changed my steering to symetrical which needs a full/double arm. The servo is 25t but and heres the problem its output spline is a larger dia than standard approx 8mm instead of approx 6mm. Where can I get a larger servo arm. And how will I know by a description that it will fit the larger spline.

I know this isn't answering your question, but you could just get an aftermarket servo. The HPI ones aren't much faster than the KM servos.
Count the teeth on your servo and get corresponding size arm (ie: 15t or 17t etc. Or you can look up the servo and see size,that info is usually given by manufactures.
