Ok. I switched to all digital Hitech servos. My problem is the servo horns need modified. The original steering horn is a non match. The aluminum horn that came with the hitech st. servo is too small and won't allow the linkage to move properly. What have you guys been doing for this? I was thinking of cutting the 2 armed horn that came with the Throttle servo so there is enough clearance.

I cut the 2 armed horn it came with like you said. I chose the one slightly longer than stock. It flexes a little but I have never broken it. You can buy an alum one after market maybe.

Im having the same problems i ordered 2 from some store there 1.25 long very thick and made for aircraft cost me 20 bucks but i think it will be good, i also switched all the servos out
