Will a large steering servo be useable to run dual hydraulic master cylinders. I have the swb Fg Porch and want Hydros and was thinking of running both masters beside each other between the front shocks except two masters and mounted upright in this position angled towards the servo

actuated of one servo. Im guessing a steering servo will be powerfull enough. Any advice

Yes you can use a steering type servo for brakes. I used to use 3 rhinos on my race truck but to mix the brakes it's always best to run steering, front brake and trottle/rear brake rather than trying to run both sets of brakes from one servo. If this was my car I'd find a way of mounting your master cylinder on the chassis rather than where you have it.

It all depends on your radio but yes, mine is quite simple on the off road car but my truck and touring cars had all sorts of things in there like releasing the front brakes as you start to turn into a corner - only a minor thing but the effect is "better to have than not"

your master cylinder needs to be mounted upright, as there is

danger of getting air in your brakes mounted on its side as you have it;)

thanks guys. will look into what the radio set can do. yes I have been advised to mount the masters upright, the photo shows one possible location that would work well for actuation but as pointed out not so well for air bubbles. Cheers
