hi all been a while since last post as moved house not used my buggy for a while.
my marder keeps burning out steering servos its killed two in two short runs in my garden one went i know replaced it and it s fried that whilst testing. im useing a hitec hs 5745mg servo and specktrum 3.0 radio gear anyone got any idears. cheers Dru

Assuming you've set everything up correctly (radio and linkages) you shouldn't burn out servos unless of a mass collission or holding the servo in stall for ages (stuck on a stump with the wheels turned).

I'm heading back to the dark ages with steering servos and using an Oddified tonegowa in my car - they're almost bullet proof.

they are powered from the reciver. i think its coz i was holding it on full lock for to long as garden is obviously to small im gutted might try run twin servos for the steering.

Not sure running in the garden would be the cause of your problems. I have twin hitec's for steering on both of mine and have run them in the garden with no problems at all and it is tight so loads of full lock. Not sure if it would make a difference but could your end points need adjusting slightly ie winding back in??
