Took a closer look at Baja steering. Servo seems to be OK. Not sure if it's by designed or what, not much of a steering angle. Not seeing any faults. Servo saver is tight.

Has more angle when lifted. Angle stays the same when dropped back down on ground.

Mine was like that, Bajas love to understear. Maybe try to mess with the tie rods? Just make sure to measure and write down the original length

Figured with long wheelbase, it needs more steering angle. At least give it more angle so we can trim it.

?. Speaking of tires. I'm thinking these. View attachment 46699
Not sure about front yet.
I left my fronts alone but if you want to get new ones go for it. Personally I'd get hostile mx tires cuz they're pretty much the same price (like a $2 difference) and because I've had bad experiences with China tires as you can see in the photo. Also those wheels are the once I have and they're not bad actually just the tires are not good.

Were you driving on pavement? :)

I had a tire exploded once on pavement. I was pulling a wheelie with Bison, front tires turned into pizza cutters. Left front exploded when front wheels came down, probably hit a sharp gravel/rock.

Hook 7.4 volts to that servo and it will push the wheels to full steer even if it is sitting on the ground. I have that servo on 7.2 volts and it's a beast

Damn exhaust silicone hose didn't last long . Lucky me, tuned pipe is on its way. ?

Lipo?

Personally i wouldn't run a lipo cuz you have to (well if your responsible) take out the battery to charge so it don't puff up and that's just a paint imo, and the fact that they are kind of a fire Hazzard and if the battery goes up, it's right next to the fuel tank so you can imagine what would happen ?? I'd run a nimh or a LIFE battery.
