sounds like it's flooded some how,
lets start with some basics
you said it has spark?
now is the plug wet when you take it out after you try to start it?
you reset to factory correct? 1-1/4 Low, 1-1/8 High, idle screw 1mm
coil spaced to 0.030mm biz card thickness?
have you checked to make the clutch bell is not sticking to the carb?

coil spaced to 0.030mm biz card thickness?

this maybe be too thick, i used a business card but folded, gives me a gap of 3mm (so about 1.5mm the actual thickness which is way too much), most business cards are over 1mm thick :( im gunna use some 180gsm printer paper as it seems about right :)

i added a extra ".0" it's 0.30 , i say biz card because every one uses this thoery, i use a feeler gauge 0.30,but on that same note i had gaps wider then that and it still worked, but in this case without knowing or seeing the engine it's pretty iffy on what it could be,

Not 100% sure what did it, but i got it to work again, after doing a rebuild of the engine.
maybe there was a little leak or something, i dident think it was that, course of the fact that it has always worked fine at all times, but now it workes and thats all i care about.

But y most likely a leak, little but importent :)

Thanks to everyone who came with toughts on this prob! =)
