Try and find a Clarkson dummy to put inside it as a passenger, with his stupid face, as he did when he tested the Atom on Top Gear.

Awesome work, i've think i've seen a few of your projects in the past on RCU, and your work is top notch!! What kinda mill do you have or have access to and if you manually churn out those parts or use a CNC?

Sorry for the 20 questions, but What is that brake master cylinder from? I've been wanting some front hydros, but being disabled but not drawing a check for it i've been fairly broke the last 5 months :(

I work with classic lathe , milling ...... , no cnc.

Master cylinder , is from motorbike rear disc brake ,with some working in lathe.


I'm sory but i don't understand your last paragraph.

I think he is saying he is out of work due to a disability and he has not been drawing any income for the last few months.

BTW.. Awesome work. Did you lay any parts out in CAD before starting or did you just start mocking things up? trial and error style:)

All my parts are handmade , not from kit.

I didn't use cad ,only old fasion drawing , a little experience , a little trial an error. Thats all.

One last question then. Would you mind me asking what material you used and if you hardened it?

Lots of questions but I am going down a similar path and while I have the machines don;t have all the experience yet to cut good bevel gears. But I am thinking it may be better to cut my own.
