the head is not stripped it just keeps stripping my hex wrenches
what can i do to get it out
thanks

If locktight was used you will need to heat it up to melt the locktight and loosen the bolt - Clean off the bolt and use blue next time.:)

i didn't use locktight but it mite have some on it from factory and i had it out many times with out any problems
but thanks i will try those tips

Bottom of the chassis? If it is use vice grips around the washer it sets in. I've had two stripped screws and both times was able to use the vice grips around the washer. Once I had the screw rotating with the washer, I stuck a flat head screwdriver under it and continued until it was out. Might work for you.
