Does A stuffed crank Add Any Power?

A stuffed crank will give a little more torque but won't change the rpm.It only helps the bottom end.

Any time... When I redo my bottom end I plan on dropping in one! The way I see it anything is better than nothing.

I was going to say... OBR has one with the 2mm stroked so its a no hassle deal

You can get a bigger gain by stuffing the transfer bowls with JB weld. I do this all the time. I can post a pic if needed
