I am looking for some way to upgrade and make the rear part of the roll cage where the shocks mount a little more sturdy any suggestions would be useful. As it already broke once on me during break-in. I have since repaired with super glue but am certain that will not last.

So while attempting to get a cad file made to 3dprint a sturdier rollcage I got a suggestion to try electroplating the plastic one. Just wondering if anyone has tried this
 
Electroplating your roll cage won't make it any stronger. Electroplating is simply a thin metal coating.
