I broke a front right upper tie rod that connects the upper arm to the hub, and the engine isn't even broken in yet:( I noticed that I can't buy just that piece so does the aluminum replacement have a stronger tie rod or is it the same as the stock plastic ones? I'm gonna buy extras but if the aluminum is the same as what's in stock plastic ones, the plastic ones will be cheaper to buy extras of. Please let me know which is better thanks.

That's a piece that you should just carry a spare. Doesn't matter what car you drive, Redcat, HPI, FG, or an MCD, those things break.

Little update. I broke two front upper suspension arm turnbuckles this weekend from bumping other cars. I just installed the alloy upper arm set and it puts all the pressure on the turnbuckle. I never broke a turnbuckle over the last year I've had the car when I had the plastic setup.

Demon RC , is there something wrong with your contact link on your website?? Every time I click on it the page goes black. And I have had no response to my emails.
