does anyone know where i can buy lower alloy bits for suspension ive looked on official FG site cant find any anywhere grrr i brought a set of shocks and one was fully alloy and one wasnt :)

I had some good advice from the guys here about a yr ago....

remember you need a weak link...the plastic part is my weak link so in a roll over it breaks without breaking something more expensive.
if you break a shock shaft you need to strip the shock down to replace it but if its just the end ....a pair of pliers and your up and running again...

just a thought....always have a weak link somewhere...it can save alot of damage

For anyone seriously racing / seriously bashing within an inch of its life, this is SUPERB ADVICE!!
As is typical of a bling fiend, I don't practice it, but the advice is 100% correct.
Think which parts you'd rather break in a 'heavy off'.

thanks for the advice might change the alloy one to plastic now :) im slowly making my 4x4 marder alloy just love the look of them alloy and mainly use for bashing
 
you can buy them in plastic or alloy from either rossendale models,king cobra distribution or freeprawn racing.im sure theres a few more places but theyre the only ones I use.
