just got a jr charge switch it has a built in charge port but only charges with switch on i don't want to charge this way any thoughts ?

I don't know much about electronics, but you are right about not wanting to charge it with the switch on... not a good idea if you want to keep your servos healthy.

If you are good at soldering and electronics, open the switch up and move the wires from the charging port to bypass the switch so that they are always "hot".

thanks joe opened it up what a mess of solder i guess ill just put in a jack of some kind instead
