I have a t2000 about 3 tanks in it. Here's the story, went to start it from cold start. I forgot to set the choke, primed carb, pulled twice and car started right up, it freaked me out because I thought it had the choke on so about 3 seconds of starting I shut it down. After checking the choke I saw it was off so I went to start it and nothing usually 2-3 pulls starts right up. But after 5-7 pulls nothing, so I started thinking maybe I flooded the motor so I let it sit for an hour and tried again and nothing. Started noticing the pull was getting really hard. I removed the plug and did the pulling to remove any excess fuel in the engine, checked plug and strong blue spark. When I got home I took the whole thing apart removed the carb and did a thorough cleaning. Took the head apart and checked the piston head and the ring was sticking out. The cylinder head seems to be a little pitted it was a little difficult to put the whole thing back together. The pull start is a lot smoother but the car still doesn't start. Do I need to replace the piston/cylinder head or any ideas???
