Do you guys use them especially the big bore guys and why would you keep an eye on it if it can't really be controlled.Just wondering who and what the reasons are for using one.

These just monitor the RPM's most 2 strokes are self limiting on RPM UNLESS you downshift and we don't shift so ! No upper valves to FLOAT and get bent. If you want to monitor RPM and time then get what these guys recommend.I mean controlled like in an automotive sense where there is a redline with a gauge and you can keep from over revving the engine.I am guessing these are mainly used how you guys are using them.That is why I came to ask the pros haha.Well would you guys suggest getting one to add to my order from Detroit to keep an eye on my big bore?
