Remember me about a month ago i was not abit right in the head lol
the was reasons for that alot of stuff was taken from me in just 2 weeks
and i couldnt cope with it all and what i said i did do it, but failed and ended
up in hospital and still alive from what i did.

I couldnt cope with me losing my dad, the hurt inside that my girlfriend left me, lost my job and had no money, had a house to pay for but couldnt afford it then i lost it becauce the gf left me, was in a lot of debt and i couldnt cope
with it all and had a nervous breakdown.

All good now tho im getting there, had help off my family to get me out of
debt, so i don't want you to think im mental in anyway lol it was a hard 2 weeks i had but all good now.

Glad to hear you're doing better CSR. Being someone that has been diagnosed with clinical depression, take it from me that there are still a lot of people on this earth that love and care about you, and they need and want you here as a part of their lives. Life is always full of surprises, some good, some bad. Unfortunately the bad things have a nasty habit of all happening at once, hence the old saying "when it rains, it pours." Just remember that all of the things you went through were beyond your control, and the only person's actions you have control over is your own. You simply have to make the best decisions, or take the best course of action you can based on the information available to you at the time, and keep moving forward, and keep your head held high knowing you did everything in your control for a given situation. Glad you're back!

Depression sucks and those who have not had it don't understand what it does to you.

It sounds daft, but try to do something every day that makes you smile or laugh. It is the only way to start feeling normal again without resorting to Prozac. Smiling sorted me out a few years ago. Also don't be affraid to see the Doc, little things like St Johns Wart will help lift the mood a bit too and help you head back to being human.

How about gatecrashing Deeside once in a while for a largescale fix, since you live up that way?

+1 Brawn.
Welcome back.
I can't imagine what you've been through, but sounds terrible.
Deeside was AMAZING last week - the road was 1/4 full of REAL cars, such was the turnout!! (Only a slight exaggeration).
There's still a hint of green grass if you look closely in parts !!:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Al.

I'm right there with you on the whole depression thing bud...

I've been in the whole depressed state for the last 3 weeks after burning all the skin off both arms, neck & a bit off my face from a bloody car LPG tank that sprayed me with lots of very very hot fire....

Anyway....several skin grafts later and I'm coming pretty good now.....

But the depression still gets me too.....

sorry to hear about that sounds awful but the best way to deal with it is talking about it keeping it bottled up will make it worse i should know i never communicate and that just makes things worse in so many ways.
talk to people your comfortable with a watch how things will slowly slowly progress in time :)
my mum has depression always has headache gets to me at time but after she talks, what shes feeling in her head lets it all out she feels better someone with depression needs to be around people keep there head business the less you think about stuff the better get out more have more fun enjoy life forget about it that will help to.
Hope this has helped all you guys im speaking off experienced my mum was badly ill off depression thats how i know this stuff.
