Can anyone tell me how to take out the front lower suspension arms? I cracked one really good, and superglue and tiny screws only held up for a tank. New arms coming the 22nd. After 2 drinks and 3 beers, I got too tired of staring at my suspension to see what all HAS to come off to replace the arms. Already went gun metal for the steering buffer assembly and gun metal front steering mount assembly. I do wanna keep the arms plastic though... I need some give somewhere when that tree moves in front of my cat at 35 mph!!! Thank you everyone....

Before doing all this I'd suggest you remove the front tires to get them out of the way.1) Remove the lower shock bolt to seperate the shock from the arm. 2) Remove the steering c-hub and knuckles by taking out the lower outer hinge pin.3) Remove the bolt holding the arm for the swaybars. Your suspension arm should be all by it's lonesome at this point.4) Remove the front bumper by taking out the front most bolts on the bottom of the chassis. 5) Remove the front alloy hinge pin plate.6) Pull the arm out along with the hinge pin.7) Slide the new arm on the pin and reinstall in reverse order.I've attached a picture as reference

OMG... your the best!

Thank you so much! After a night of sleeping, I can see clearly now... and you have made it so much better! Thank you so much for your time, your detailedness, and you probably saved me a couple hours work! Just looked at your site... hows the belt drive coming?

You know, this rampage breaks alot... but I find fixing it, almost thearaputic to the mind!

Hey no problem at all. Also, the belt drive is done. We're just waiting on finishing the 2 speed before we put anything into production. This is because they will share the same gearplate which is the most expensive piece by far. We're pushing to have all the testing done this month. We have to get alot of hours on it but it's so dam hot right now here in TX.
