Just finally putting my new two speed back into my MT.When I took the gear plate and clutch bell off I was in for a bit of a suprise:blink: The clutch had virtually disintergrated and the red paint on the 8000RPM spring had turned black:nono: This is all down to me putting a touring car box on an MT:blush:
With the 42/40 gearing and size of the MT tyres the clutch just couldnt handle the torque that was involved
Now that there is a 46/44 gearing on,a new clutch and spring it should all go to plan:celebrate: There will be a vid up soon I hope so you can see just what it goes like.
