I had some time today and with a little bit of snow on the ground I decided to get the "Black 'Box" out for some fun.

Well, even though snow is only a 1/2" (13mm) deep, the 'box can't move very well in it.

Oh well, what can ya do?

I bought a different camera off Ebay for $12.00 it's a Sony Cybershot 6mb from 2004, I was hoping it would have a better picture and sound than the old Samsung that I have been using. The picture seems to be about the same but the sound is Much better. See for yourself.

I thought the vid looked choppy, but it looks great on my computer, so I guess youtube is being fussy today?

Before the E-Maxx cam out, I liked the idea of the Twin Dagger, or whatever it was called - twin motors in a smaller truck - never did get one ..... as I got the E-Maxx.

Nice job of sign-writing in the snow !!

I wish I still had my Black foot tires I sold on ebay. I would send them to ya. I had studded them with sheetrock screws just for that reason. Made it bite big time as you can imagine. Those models don't have enough power to ruin a pair of tires no matter how many holes you put in them.

Youtube sure trashed my vid! It's so choppy it makes my eyes hurt. Especially on my 50 inch plasma that I use as my computer monitor.

I built a Blackfoot using a screwdriver and normal scissors in Africa 12 years ago.
I managed to flatten the pins in the tyres as well, doing donuts on the concrete in the 'mess' and on the gravel - I was one of the last on a geochem exploration site before it closed ...

Blackfoot was great, but with those original radios, I lost it once !!
Standard 540 motor but it lost signal at full throttle !!
It didn't get very far, fortunately, then just before I left, I SOLD IT to the local Customs guy !!!!!!!!
