Yep. Dirt does tend to get sucked into the top of the diaphragm through the breather. And ANY dirt that gets into the carb is bad news.

For 25 buck, sounds like cheap insurance. Does any one use these? If you do pics please.

I made my own with a piece of angle brass and a small piece of foam.A lot cheaper and easy to do.
