Was not aware that there would be so much to do to fit the 30.5cc ESP with a 4x4 FG MT! The motor came with the standard Zenoah clutch housing.
I have ordered one that are a direct bolt on, but grinded down the original as a temp fix, just to get some fuel through the engine as a run in.

Some mounting holes on the bottom of the engine was also necessary to file down, as it hit the rear belt housing.
Original air filter don't fit either, it also hits the rear of the belt housing.

But modifications aside, the engine ROCKS!!!!:cup-1::cup-1::cup-1:

I'm not sure on the engine part, but the clutch housing are different from a Zenoah to a FG. FG clutch housing $25, Zenoah clutch housing $8, hahaha scary higher price for saving some alu off :)

Refitted my new engine with the proper FG Clutch housing, and everything popped right into place. MY modifying of the original Zenoah clutch housing I thought was a good job, and that something else must have been the problem, but I was wrong.
So if you don't have a FG housing to copy, I wouldn't even try to make it fit, as it's a lot more into the mod then it looks like.
