Hey guys finally dumped that stock body and picked up a Rat. I'm a rattle canner and here's what I came up with. The TT5 wing mount mankes an awesome body clip mount.

Thanks guys, I really hope this body holds up well. It sure seems like it will. The material has a different feel than the stock body. More flexible and stronger, we'll see this weekend! :D

Nice paint job.

The proline body is tough as hell...it just flexes and doesn't crack.

I made a wider mount and used an fg battery holder drilled out to stop it tearing at the back body mounts just to be on the safe side

bad landing bent the post strap and cracked a plastic washer (servo horn drilled out) but body was fine,

a bit creased and a small hole but no real damage after a few tanks and many roll overs as you can see by the dirt

Thanks for the compliments guys.Heres a pic of how I made my rear mount. I used the body mount from the proline kit and drilled a cotter pin hole below the other body mount holes. Then cut off the unnecessary lengths. As you can also see, I went foil tape crazy at the points of contact in bad flips and rolls to protect the paint for as long as I can. ;) I also glued a piece of foam rubber on the F/R mounting posts and top plate for roof protection.
