I saw this car today, and was wondering was it just a dune runner with a diferent name? looks bad ass. I haven't ran my TT in about a year now cuz it kept breakin parts. Have Redcat up graded and is the dune runner worth getting for a 7th car? here is the link

I already post this link last week, and the post was deleted a few hour later, maybee their price are too competitive.......

But yes this is a dunerunner rebranded, and if you look at the parts number, this is the same.

Yes thats a Dunnerunner, HSP makes them and sells them to companies like Redcat , Himoto and evidently ExceedRCwith their respective decals and options. While I personally prefer the look of the Exceed version, the Redcat offering has a true CY engine. Nowhere in thos pics did I see any of CYs casting marks. So that engine could be entirely junk. I would be willing to bet they skimped on the motor and the electronics to cut the cost. just my 2 cents :)

Yes, that is the HSP motor in there. A 3rd copy of the Zenoah, CY clones. Seems like NitroRCX will be importing them direct and dumping them. Good luck getting any help form a dump and run seller. I bought one o their planes and never could get help with it. Its still sitting in my garage with a bad motor and broken landing gear from one flight.

Heck if HSP makes em and redcat slaps a brand name on em and a lil old cy motor, does that mean we're in for the same old crappy brittle parts showing up on the rest of the buggy, that were snapping on my TT? hope not. Their paint job is a whole lot hotter though. BY THE WAY I GOT BEAT UP BY A HSP MOTOR 2WICE IN THE PAST. NOT FUNNY.

I email them for a body and i only get a response some day later with the phone number..... arf.... I can see wht kind of service they offer.

usually their service sucks. They don't really know the product they sell by some of their descriptions. Maybe they finally fixed their website, I dono... they aren't user-friendly so I could care less about them. They still have a ton of websites right? All leading back to one store in the end? Whatever, bad customer service in the past, not worth the risk.

I talked to one of the guys there in reference to body shells. Whether they had them in stock

or shipped them in from China. There warehouse is located about 30 miles south of my

house so I figured why not ask. The guy could not have sounded anymore disinterested

during the call. He wasn't mean but was not very nice either. Did not inspire any confidence.

I'll just stick with the suppliers that have good reps... :)

there is to much of that junk floating around the internet, i makes repitble dealers like redcat look bad, if you do not get service you get nothing at all, i want to say hats off to redcat, they go above and beond the norm, i never had an issue that was not resolved quickly and for free, more companys should go by these hi standards, keep up the good work,
