I want to put a electric push button starter ony rampage xb ?? Help
+1 on this. I was thinking of CNC machine something to make a system like this. Bad thing is the weight of the system and truck. Plus pull starting both my MT's seem easy enough. What I do is put choke on, pull 2-5 times till it fires for a sec, take choke off and one pull she starts right up. The only issue I had with one of mine was the gas tank had a bad suction and caused the tank to implode and no gas to go through the fuel line. All I did was take the gas cap off and she fired right up.

Venting the tank will eliminate this problem.

No one makes one. They're not really needed. Unless you have a super high compression engine, but even then the most efficient system would be a drill start system.

There's a guy at my track that starts his with a converted airplane starter. Made the tip from scrach out of Delrin. He runs without the pullstart or cover.

That's awesome. The only thing I would worry about is rocks getting sucked into the fan cover and eating some fins.
That is cool but I was thinking the same thing about the rooks and breaking some fins.

very kool drill starter, good idea when you got the bits laying around to play around with.

do people really find starting a 2-stroke that hard? or are you all just being lazy?
