Has any1 had a chance to test the shock rezzies made by threshold?
Are they intended for on-road or mostly for off-road?

I have used them on several baja's i've built. They can be used on road or offroad but the true benefit comes with offroad use. They can be a bit tricky to get the air bled but they work very well.

Have you had wear and tear issues with them ? Did u ever have to rebuild them?

got them on both my Bajas. take a bit to get setup right. once they are, they work EXCELLENT. a TRUE Ressi chamber, not just an overflow compartment.

i had to replace 2 of my brass ends in the last 2.5 years. they were broken off in some Seriously harsh landing on once occasion, and a seriously good tangle up with another B on another occasion.

the newest Ressi sutup is much more stout too.

personaly i would run them on or off road. but yes, offroad they are Way more beneficial, unless your Moto Crossing onroad.

I have had only 1 issue in 6 sets of rezzies and that was from a crash brass end broke off. I like them they work great!!!!!
Just really take your time setting them up properly and bleeding all air out.

How do u fix the brass tips? I don't see any sites selling spare parts.... ?

I got one from another forum member that had a couple. In reality the odds of breaking them is pretty slim. There was a redesign which is much better than the original versions. I know threshold is on HBF if you ever needed to get spares

you can contact JR directly for replacement parts. or you can likely source the items frmo McMaster-Carr.

Quick question:

Where did you get the NOS set up for the 5T?

Its a heavily modified NOS sneaky pete system. Set up like that will cost about $1400 with electronics.
http://www.holley.com/03012-OZ-PNOS.asp You need different size jets than whats supplied depending on engine size and also need to make an intake for the carb.
I had Killer Rc make some special relay switchs and batteries to activate it via the radio. Instead of using a WOT switch off the throttle.

Killer RC is great to deal with.

So its alot of custom work. Where do u run your truck? I assume on-road mostly?

That truck is sold. I have another one I did strictly for running in the cold on ice but this winter has prohibited that so far. And to answer your question I only run off road or on ice and yes setting up a high end nitrous system is alot of custom work.
