I just bought a used HPI buggy for my son. It starts fine the steering portion of the RC unit is fine, but the throttle doesn't seem to pull far enough to engage the drive shaft( the servo doesn'[t seem to pull enough). I can do it manually with my hand and and he buggy wants to take off but not with the RC throttle. Any advise? Help? At the bottom of this screen, what is seperate tags? option

Thanks Much.

Is it a 2.4ghz transmitter set? Sounds like the end point adjustment is out. Try adjusting that to 100% & see where you are at. If it still not right let us know ;)

yes, we need a bit more detail.
is it new or used? what radio is with it?

could be radio epa setting, bad servo, loose linkages ect.. so the more info youcan provide, the more able we ll be able to correctly diagnose the issue.

Photos definitely required.
100% throw of servos with normal settings is +45 / -45 degress relative to the 'zero point'.
Is the horn correctly positioned on the servo;
Is the linkage tight, or are the adjusters loose;
The transmitter's been mentioned;
Are the batteries fully charged;

Get some close-ups uploaded and these guys are GREAT at helping - one big family.
Alan.
