Hey now,
I think this is my last problem. With putting on the reed kit which took me 2 days to dial in and 2 tanks, the throttle linkage is higher and closer to the air filter. Not a problem under normal circumstances, but, i also installed a shortie unifilter. When i hit the brakes it catches the front lip of the filter and accellerates when i let off the brakes. It pushes the plastic thin on the linkage back and now the spring must push it to normal position. I have bent an tweeked the linkage but it always pulls it towards the filter. If i could move plastic piece forward, no more problem. Any thoughts would be great. I looked at the setup above. Where do you find the chrome rods they use? Next option is yamadude i guess.
Thanks
Joe
