One of my tires blew today, the foam inside tore off and now I have 3 good tires. Good tires? How do i keep the foams from damaging the tire and high speeds?

Check out You Tube on taping the inner foam / insert of tyres.
That's what people do.

Gaffer tape the foams up.Due to centrifugal force these expande thus blow tyres.If you gaffer tape them up this helps considerably.

If you don't want to tape foam in tire there is a different fix
It's called let off the gas when you see tire look like a CD

Go to Home Depot and get some Gorilla Tape. Tape one side close to the edge. Tape the other side the other way. Then tape down the center of the foam.
I have spoken to folks running the big twins and this seems to be effective for keeping the tires together at 80 mph.

I tape the foams and I also turn the tire inside out and tape the center of the tire.
