Tire size ???

Would someone be able to get me a hight, width, and weight measurement on the stock Firehammer / Titan / Hurricane tires?

I'm looking to go to smaller tires on my Rampage and these might work well. I will have to get adapters though.

61mm wide.
145mm tall from tread to tread. Worn a bit.
10.9 oz.
