It all depends on preference really. I ran them either way, its all about what you think looks better. I used to be an all "rear" kind of guy ( LOL! ), but have recently decided fronts are the hot ticket. Sure I may lose some forward bite, but the lower rotational mass is what I prefer.

what are the tires of choice? looking at bowties and some from hostile racing... not sure what to go with

I prefer Hostile tires over any other manufacturer, they last SO long its not even funny.
