Could someone suggest a good tire that would fit the Caldera SC.I would like something just a little smaller in diameter,but better traction.

What size hex are they?

2.8 tire can be reduced to 2.2 or even 2.0 tires?

The hex's are 12mm

check out trenchers, in either 2.8 or sc style.

Also if you look into 17mm hex adapters, buggy tires seem a bit cheaper.

I picked up a set of Trenchers they hit on the back corner of the lower control arm[the flat piece that sits inside the rim] so I just took a bit off the corner and they work fine. Got new shocks too will have to see how they workout tomorrow.
