I will be writing a novel about a guy in a neighborhood where he's the only one one with a gas-powered fifth scale rc vehicle on a suburban street. His neighbors think him strange. One of his neighbors, his archenemy, ridicules him for playing with toys instead of working like a man should. Secretly, however, this neighbor is bitter that the rc guy can play while he has to work. What's worse, despite the rc guy never going to work, his home and lawn is pristine. He seems well off.

The key conflict develops when a group of neighbors, led by the bitter guy next door, lodges strategic complaints to the authorities, accusing the rc guy of being a noise nuisance in the neighborhood. The RC guy defends himself and wins the case.

The story comes to a head when the bitter neighbor's son, hanging around the rc guy's gate, is hit by the rc guy's Losi 5ive T and suffers a broken leg. The bitter neighbor triumphs and Sues. The RC guy is faced with losing his house to pay the costs.

Will rc guy lose his home because of his hobby?

Now, to the crux of this post. I need a working title for this manuscript. I thought of "Braap Head", "RC Driver", "The Hated RC Guy in the Cul de sac."

What would you call it?

No strings attached
Large scale trouble
Suburban envy
No fence high enough

I will think of more. I tend to keep these kind of things running in the background while I am doing other tasks.
I like "Large Scale Trouble." I can see the full title being, "Large Scale Trouble: The Travails of an RC Driver." Thanks, Thrasher. ?? PEACE!

Breakin 3: 5ive-T Tragedy
Stay Off My Lawn: Little Billy Learns the Consequences of Trespassing
Premiums Paid: An Insurance Story

+1 for Large Scale Trouble.
Interesting title ideas, TDC, but Large Scale Trouble is the most promising, thus far. Thanks for your input, however.
