torx bolts on clutch

I'm installing a g29rc in my 5t but I can't get one of the torx bolts off of the clutch.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
Worst case scenario is if the torx is stripped cover the intake and exhaust and dremel a slot into the screw in order to accept a good size flat head screwdriver and replace the screw afterwards. No reason to trust it after that.
 
Apply some heat to soften any threadlock, if the screwdriver dremel slot doesn't work, use vice grips on bolt head. You'll need a new bolt either way......
