Hpi has two gears for the top shaft in trans box, one is a 19 tooth for truck and a 20 tooth for buggy. how does the gear mesh work out when both setups use the same gear box , idler and diff gear? Does the 19 tooth gear want to walk off mesh and strip out? I would like to put the 19 tooth in buggy to give more low end snap and not change out the spur and pinion as I already have the 16-58 combo on it now and thats as low as it goes.
