transmitter engine stop

i hear you can use the 3rd channel on your transmitter to cut your petrol engine. what do you need to be able to do this? can anyone point me in the right direction

Go look at killerrc.com they got the super bee that hooks into your manual kill button on your engine to kill it via 3rcd channel or 2 channel when controller is shut off. Also kills if therrs a radio glitch or low voltage or battery unplugged
