Traxxas have done it again !!
Officially licensed Monster Jam trucks / bodies to be produced by Traxxas.

I believe this is an example of very clever marketing.
The market is for the kid old enough for Monster Jam, but not yet started in RC.
These trucks are simple, basic and tough, with the MJ bodies on - nice idea.

Of course, once you start in RC, you're hooked for life !!!

i think they dropped the ball monster trucks are 4 wheel drive!

I was disappointed to see the 2wd Stampede chassis too. Should have been straight axled 4wd with 4ws. Like a Clodbuster.

It's a great idea to boost sales for both Monster Jam and Traxxas and now there should be bodies and decal kits for 1/10 scale mt's. Now if only they would make the body big enough for the T-Maxx, Savage or the Kyosho Mad Force (the MF is 4wd with straight axles!) I wanted a Grave digger body for my Clodbuster for 20 years, it would require a T-Maxx sized body as well...

Either way, it should bring some new people into the hobby.
