What do you get in the head kit Trevor , I know that there are a lot of your fans here in the Uk but can't get hold of your gear.

For example a head kit consists of a cut cylinder, billet cylinder shell and dome. Usually I will have a piston, Plug, c clips, and gaskets to include.

Basically it depends on the cost of material and tooling. The more the material cost and tooling cost determines the prices of parts. My prices are subject to go down and up depending on the market in general. I should be able to post my price list on this forum sometime during summer.
