So after making the xb almost 90% 7075 aluminum (chassis, diff housing, front/rear lower suspension arms) and Aluminum alloy (c-hubs, front and rear bearing holders and steering arms, etc..), I was thinking that I need to make a room for a weak point.

what is the best way to overcome this? Plastic will just make the car wobble. Is there any other way around this? Maybe place more durable plastics on strategic spots (ball ends, arm ends and shock ends, etc.. )that will fail under tension and sacrifice themselves instead?

IMO that is why it is best to leave "A" arms plastic. With plastic "A" arms if you hit something they will absorb the impact and not transfer it to the frame. I have seen HPI Baja 5T that ran aluminum "A" arms and twisted the frame on a hard impact.
