I wonder if just the bedliner would work? Might have to try on my 5T body.

Yeh I think you need to use mesh tap or screen to prevent rips.

Some guys have had success with just Plasti Dip, no mesh. Bedliner should be more than enough. It takes more abuse on 1:1 trucks, than a 5th scale could ever dish out.

What kill switch you runnin? I've been laggin on the kill switch but dang you guys weren't jokin about needing one. I think that's next on the list!

The Killer RC kill switch is what most people run. They're great. I'd give you a link but everybody seems to be out of stock.

I like the tape because it helps me gauge how much I've applied.

that's true!!! the mesh tape may be a little overkill with the bedliner but it is a good piece of mind

Agreed. I was just wondering because it would be one less step, but you'd still get the same durability out of it.
