tune with stock or ddm pipe

I'm on my 3rd tank break-in using stock exhaust, will it better to tune it with stock pipe first and then after install the ddm pipe? or just install the ddm pipe then tune? info and help would be highly appreciated...

Run it with stock pipe for 2 more tanks. Then it will be broken in. After that, install and tune the DDM pipe.
