Truck is idling high on start up but bogs as soon as the throttle is touched to the point it wants to stall have to flutter the throttle to keep it going and get it moving then it's fine till u slow down and try to accerlate

Sounds like it needs to be tuned. If you richen up the low needle it will slow down the idle. You might want to check both needles. Remember where you started, turn the needle all the way in until it seets, counting the turns to get there. This will let you know your settings in relation to factory settings. Keep in mind factory settings are just a baseline, and not for performance.
