Was at the chelsea cruise a few years ago in London when the sound of a supercharged big block could be heard. On looking around for it the only moving thing was an original mini, as it approached it became clear. the mini had swallowed the engine with gearbox and very cut down 9 inch diff. the driver was sitting on the rear bench seat between the monster tubs. he was just offset enough to see out the front and this thing had number plates...
