Two speed set-up?

this was first test of the 2 speed and still had the stock pipe. it was shifting before it got back into camera view. about 5-10 feet. the noise is the worn crown and layshaft gear. sometimes it's hard to hear it shift it shifts so early.

Voo, the only things you really need to check are the one-way bearing is working, the cam is free to move and that the pin is still in the 2nd gear. If you have all of these then it's only the adjustment that needs tweaking.

You can hear the two speed shift, I can hear my truck shift on dirt and tarmac, and if I hold it up and rev it in my hand.

What gearing are you using and on what car?

Sorry about the late reply Duck,but i've been a bit busy.The gearing is 20/22-46/44 I think? Have to check.I think the box is out of a tourer but cant be sure.Everything is working freely so hopfullY it will work the way it should.Got the diff raisers today ......LET THE BUILD COMMENCE!
