Upgraded from 23cc to 30.5cc stock. Hot climate bashing and racing. Should I still be using 25:1 as advised by LHS?

Botajell a well known 5th scale Youtuber with years of experience swears by 28:1 as the golden ratio for oil/gas mix. I have run 25:1 so far but will try 28:1 when I buy my next batch of fuel if I don't make the switch to alkylate gasoline like the Aspen brand. Its more expensive but runs a lot cleaner and cooler and the race mixture they make already have apx 4% oil in it.
