No idea what they are saying the but wheels do look pretty good. Though I can't recall really busting up a wheel before or needing to reuse a wheel that's been ran over by a car. Then again while the wheels didn't "bust" after being ran over they did appear to be pretty well malformed enough that I probably wouldn't re-use them again.
 
Yeah they look durable but I would think most would stand the same punishment. What's up with that mounting system??
