Some years back I was coming out of on road 1/10 nitro racing and wanted to get in to off road so bought one of these......

Not a bad little run around, obvioulsy a cheap copy of the HPI Savage, utilisling the TVP chassis design etc. Well it turned out to be a very good bashing toy but I totalled the engine. So I decided to hop it up a little with a few choice upgrades these inlcuded......

Cen 17mm hex wheels, Tsais rear exhaust, Ace 1015 steering servo, Hong Nor big bore shocks, OS 30VG Max roto start engine 3hp motor and a nice new body.

This car then sat in storage collecting dust as I got bored with Nitro and got into Large Scale when I bought the Baja SS and spent a fortune getting upgraded.

Well since meeting you guys over a Deeside and seeing what you get upto and then seeing Maudlsey little lad driving his little Nitro around I have decided to get this back on the road and give it to my 7 year old to mess with. Heres some pics of it...

Thanks guys, You will see it down Deeside soon, original spec it would wheelie for fun so my 7 year old is going to have his hands full. 50mph was easy on stock wheels and motor so you may be right. The 30 vg engine puts out 3 hp so it got plenty of grunt, good job the brakes a hot on it.
 
OK got the car back together and sorted the steering linkage between the servo and steering linkage, a bit heath robunson but looks stronger than the original. I will be taking the car with my MCD to Deeside tomorrow
