V3 cvds

I had the axle shaft where the cv goes into it bust. Other then that they have been working fine.

I broke inner pins as well and replaced them with 5/32"x3/4" roll pins, no problems since, my inner pins didn't have set screw and were pressed in so this works good IMO.

Thanks yellowjacket45, I've got plenty of roll pins laying around, good to know what's been tried and works... :)
 
Ive broken 3 out of the 4 pins. I would just go to fastenal and get some and replace them all before you run. That way your not loosing the hub on the inside of the cvd. I believe they are 4mm x 20mm they are alot stronger then the ones from red cat i think. Haven't broke one yet. I also broke an axle shaft the same place Gee broke his, the cup its self broke in half. But i think the pins them selves at fastenal are 70 cents each much worth it.
