They don't take the gears off frees right upTake it apart and make sure the gears turn freely.
Ya soon as I take the gear off it frees right upDoes the shaft you took the gear from turn easily?
Both set bind upAnd this is the gear closest to the motor, right?

Your description is a little vague.
1- take out all of the gears
2- mount the first one. The one on the clutch shaft.
3- spin to see if it spins freely. If yes, go to step 4. If no, then you know where the problem is located.
4- mount the middle gear (the one in the center of the transmission plate).
5- spin to see if it spins freely. If yes, go to step 6. If no, then you know where the problem is located.
6- mount the last gear (the one that connects to the brake assembly).
7- spin to see if it spins freely. It shouldn't spin freely since you have a problem. At least you will know where the bind is located.
Investigate starting from there, going through the brake assembly.
Ya everything thing is stock that was the first time I drove it
