yes you need these adapters


HPI Wheels are 24mm Hex Rampage Has 23mm Hex


but you can use the 23mm wheel nuts off the Rampage

HPI rear adapter are about $25 shipped all 4 on ebay. Theyre standard, not wide but they do the trick.

Slasher, since your MT is new(ish) to you, you should put way more holes in that gear cover unless you plan on never running more than a tank or two before a FULL cool down.


I finally melted my C & D after a couple hours of bashing with minimal (10-20 min) cool down here and there.
