hi, installed all alloy front upper and lower arms for the baja 5b, lokks like kinda binding issues, wheel hubs very hard to turn even by hand (of course steering assembly not installed).....tried installing on to steering assembly, same result, very poor turning.....what adjustments do i need to do to improve steering, seem like I cant find the binding issue.......arms are from rovansports. thanks

double check dude you got washers top & bottom of the hubs etc. Best bet just attatch the hubs 1st to the arms then check to make sure they turn by hand, there should be no resistance at all & just swing side to side fella. Basically the hubs should swing freely when not attatched to your servo arm. If they do, strip it down & re-build step by step & keep checking the resistance as you go along, then you will see where the problem is :)

Once all is good, then attatch to your servo arm, but do that last of all when you know everything is as it should be ;)

are you talking about the cone washers? if it is,then its there, problem starts when I join the lower and upper arms together, thats where the resistance starts

ok 1st off make sure ya bolts that fasten ya arms to the hub aint too long, i had to fit a few washers between the cone washers & hubs as the bolts were hitting the inner of the hub so slap 2 or 3 washers on the top & bottom of the hub between the cone washers see if that helps. Or if you got smaller bolts use them :)
